Maple Parking Discount Code

Maple Parking covers five UK airports: Birmingham, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Stansted. At four of them it is meet and greet — a driver takes the car at the terminal forecourt and returns it there when you land. Stansted is the exception and is sold as park and ride. Code BCP25 takes up to 25% off, bringing Gatwick to about £72 for eight days. Verified 10 September 2026.

Is Maple Parking the cheapest option at your airport?

Straight answer

No, and meet and greet never is. Maple at £72 for eight days at Gatwick sits £32 above Cophall's park and ride and £10 above the airport's own Long Stay. You are buying time and convenience, not value, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

The honest framing is that meet and greet costs roughly £25 to £32 more than park and ride on a typical eight-day booking, and buys back around forty minutes of your time across the trip plus the elimination of a shuttle with luggage. For a family with small children on a 5am departure, that is straightforwardly worth it. For a solo traveller with hand luggage, it is not.

How Maple Parking parking works, step by step

Call the number on your booking when you are about twenty minutes from the airport. Drive to the terminal's designated meet and greet bay — not to a car park — where a uniformed driver meets you. You complete a condition check together, photographs are taken, and you hand over the keys and walk into departures. On return, call from baggage reclaim and the car is brought to the same bay, usually within fifteen minutes of your call. Do the condition check properly at both ends; it is the whole basis of any later dispute.

Security and accreditation

Maple's compounds hold Park Mark accreditation and are fenced, CCTV-monitored and patrolled. Drivers are insured to drive your vehicle in the course of the handover, which is the specific cover that matters for a valet product and the thing to confirm before booking with any meet and greet operator. Mileage is recorded at handover and return, which is your protection against the concern most people have about valet parking.

Our guide to whether off-site airport parking is safe explains what Park Mark does and does not certify.

EV charging and extras

EV handling at meet and greet compounds is inconsistent across the industry and Maple is no exception. Charging is not offered as standard and cannot be booked with the parking. For an EV, a keys-retained park and ride where you park the car yourself is usually the more predictable choice.

Cancellation, amendments and flight delays

Maple bookings can normally be cancelled or amended ahead of arrival, with the window set by the rate booked. Flight tracking covers late arrivals — and for meet and greet this matters more than for park and ride, because the operator needs to have a driver and your car at the terminal when you land, not merely a space held.

How this compares across operators is in cancellation policies compared.

Maple Parking reviews — what customers actually say

Maple's reviews follow the pattern of the meet and greet category generally: very positive when it works, and sharply negative in the small number of cases where it does not. The praise is for speed at handover and for drivers who are professional at departure. The recurring complaint is the wait on return — reviewers describe calling from reclaim and waiting 30 to 45 minutes at peak arrival times, which erodes the time saving that justified the price. If your flight lands in a bank of other arrivals, expect the return to be slower than the handover was.

Maple Parking FAQs

Is Maple Parking cheaper than park and ride?
No. At Gatwick, Maple costs about £72 for eight days against £40 for Cophall's park and ride, both with a 20% code. Meet and greet is never the cheapest option — it buys time and the removal of a shuttle, not value.
How does Maple Parking meet and greet work?
You drive to the terminal's meet and greet bay rather than a car park, complete a condition check with a uniformed driver, hand over the keys and walk into departures. On return you call from reclaim and the car is brought back to the same bay.
Is Maple Parking Park Mark accredited?
Yes, its compounds hold Park Mark and are fenced, CCTV-monitored and patrolled. Drivers are insured to drive your vehicle during handover, which is the specific cover that matters for a valet product. Mileage is recorded at both ends.
How long does it take to get my car back with Maple?
Usually about fifteen minutes from your call, though reviewers report 30 to 45 minutes when a flight lands in a busy arrivals bank. Call from baggage reclaim rather than after you clear customs to shorten the wait.
Which airports does Maple Parking cover?
Five: Birmingham, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Stansted. At Gatwick it covers both North and South Terminal forecourts, and at Heathrow it splits into Terminals 2 and 3, Terminals 4 and 5, and a business tier at Terminal 5. The same code applies across all five.
Is Maple Parking meet and greet at every airport?
No. It is meet and greet at Birmingham, Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton, but the Stansted product is Maple Manor park and ride — you park the car yourself and take a shuttle. That is why Stansted is roughly £34 cheaper than Gatwick for the same eight days, and it is the single most common mix-up on this brand.
Can I use Maple Parking with an electric car?
You can park an EV, but charging is not offered as standard and cannot be booked with the parking. For an EV, a keys-retained park and ride where you park the car yourself is usually the more predictable option.
