If a code has stopped working, a price looks wrong or an airport fact has changed, tell us and we will check it the same week. Corrections take priority over every other kind of message we receive.
Reporting a code that has stopped working
This is the most useful message we get, and it is the one we act on fastest. Tell us the airport, the operator and roughly what the checkout did — whether the code was rejected outright or simply failed to change the total. That difference tells us whether we are looking at an expiry or a product exclusion, which are fixed differently.
We re-test the code against a live booking, and if it has died it comes off the site the same week rather than waiting for the next scheduled check.
Corrections to prices or airport facts
Prices go stale between weekly checks and airport facts — drop-off charges, shuttle frequencies, terminal assignments, accreditation status — change without notice. If you have just travelled and something on our page did not match what you found, that first-hand information is more current than our last check and we would rather have it.
Include the airport and the date you travelled. We will verify and update, and the page's Last verified date will reflect the re-check.
Operators and commercial enquiries
Car park operators wanting a listing corrected, updated or added should say which airport and which product. We list operators on the basis of whether they serve a meaningful volume of searches at an airport, not on whether there is a commercial relationship, and a listing is not for sale.
We will not remove or soften a comparison that shows an operator is not the cheapest at its airport. That section is the reason the pages are worth reading.
