What we collect

Analytics data about how pages are used — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type, and the site or search that referred you. This is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

Where you contact us, the details you provide in that message. We do not collect payment details, booking details or vehicle registrations, because we do not take bookings — those go directly to the car park operator under their own privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

This site uses cookies for analytics and for affiliate attribution. Affiliate cookies record that you clicked through from this site so the operator can attribute a booking to us and pay commission. They do not give us access to your booking.

Non-essential cookies are set only with consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time through your browser settings. Blocking them does not affect any code on this site or the price you pay.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Requests are answered within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data. We would prefer you raised it with us first through the contact page so we can put it right.

Data retention and third parties

Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Contact correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.

When you click through to a car park operator you leave this site and their privacy policy applies to everything that happens next, including your booking, payment and vehicle details. We have no access to that information.
