What Express Parking is, and how it works

Meet and greet, sometimes sold as valet parking, means you drive to the terminal forecourt, hand your keys to a driver and walk straight into departures. Your car is taken to a compound off the airport and brought back to the forecourt when you land. You never see the car park and you never take a shuttle.

At Heathrow Airport specifically, that plays out against 5 products we track, spanning £47 to £66 on the same eight-day booking. Heathrow is the UK's busiest airport by a wide margin, handling around 80 million passengers a year across four operating terminals spread over a site large enough that the terminals are effectively separate airports.

What Express Parking should cost at Heathrow

There is no checked Express Parking figure in our set. The table is the next best thing — every Heathrow product priced the same way, so you can see where a meet and greet quote ought to fall before you accept one.

Eight days at Heathrow, departing within 30 days. Checked 10 September 2026.

The spread at Heathrow is £19 between the cheapest and the dearest product on the same dates, and the brand you choose is close to a rounding error against the type you choose. The brand you book matters, but not nearly as much as the row of the table you book from.

Is Express Parking the cheapest option?

The honest answer

It will not be. Valet sits at the top of the price range at every UK airport including Heathrow, where the cheapest option is Heathrow Park & Ride at £47. The question is whether the handover is worth the gap on your particular trip.

This comparison is run the same way for operators we are paid by as for those we are not, which is the only way it is worth anything. Side-by-side prices for the rest of Heathrow are on the Heathrow Airport parking discount code page.

What we have verified, and what we have not

A generic brand name at the airport where generic names are hardest to rank — there are several unrelated UK operators trading as Express Parking.

Against that, here is what we have not been able to confirm for Express Parking, and which we will not state as fact until we have:

  • Which terminals are served
  • Whether this trades under another name
  • Site location

Most discount sites fill those gaps with plausible-sounding numbers. We would rather carry the gap visibly and correct it when we have checked. If you have booked with Express Parking recently and any of the above is wrong or missing, the contact page reaches a person.

Getting to Heathrow

The M25 between Junctions 12 and 15 is the reliable delay. Heathrow is reached from the M4 at Junction 4 for Terminals 2 and 3, and from the M25 at Junction 14 for Terminal 4 and Junction 14 or 15 for Terminal 5.

Use the postcode on the confirmation email rather than Heathrow's own. Satnavs route the airport postcode to the terminal forecourt, which is not where you are going. If someone is dropping you instead, Heathrow charges £6 for up to 10 minutes at every terminal, charged automatically by number plate — the UK drop-off charges guide has all 20 airports.

How to use the Express Parking code

  • 1
    Open the form
The code is pre-filled — there is nothing to copy out and paste back in.
  • 2
    Set your dates and times
Give yourself a margin on the return: landing time is not car park time.
  • 3
Check the total, not the percentage
The headline percentage is a marketing number; the total is the real one.
  • 4
    Add your flight number
Skip it and a two-hour delay becomes an argument at the barrier.

Express Parking FAQs

Is there an Express Parking discount code?
Yes. The sitewide code is BCP25, up to 25% off. It reduces the pre-booked rate, which at Heathrow already sits well below the drive-up price — £59 against £110 on the cheapest eight-day booking we track.
Where do I enter the Express Parking code?
On the quote form, at checkout, before you pay. Typing it into a car park's own site at Heathrow will return an error — not because the code has expired but because it was never that operator's code to honour.
Is Express Parking the cheapest parking at Heathrow?
The floor at Heathrow is £47, set by Heathrow Park & Ride. Whether Express Parking beating it or not is the right question depends on whether you would take a shuttle to save the difference.
How far is Express Parking from Heathrow?
No verified figure. Distances quoted for off-airport car parks are measured to different points by different operators anyway, so the transfer time matters more than the mileage. Neither is confirmed for Express Parking.
What happens to an Express Parking booking if my flight is delayed?
The car park tracks the flight. A delay on the way home at Heathrow does not cost you anything as long as the number on the booking matches the flight you are actually on.
Can I cancel an Express Parking booking?
Subject to the operator's terms, which appear at checkout. Amendment and cancellation are treated separately by most of them, and changing dates is often cheaper than cancelling outright. See the cancellation guide before you rebook.
